Established in 1982, MiKiDo is a family-oriented Mixed Martial Arts center where everyone works together to achieve goals they never thought possible. The MiKiDo system has positively improved the lives of our students. Over the years we have attained more than 110 National and International Championship Title Belts in Kickboxing, Grappling, and MMA for the MiKiDo Team. MiKiDo, which translates to “My Powerful Way,” combines both the mental and physical aspects of martial arts with fitness to help participants feel in shape and healthy every day.

The goal of our program is to put every student on the path to achieving perfection through practice. We want every student to be as confident about their punches, kicks, and grappling/submission techniques as possible. There is a saying that goes “without inspiration the best powers of the mind and body remain dormant. There is a fuel inside us all that needs to be ignited.” Our program is one of the most comprehensive and well-rounded training programs ever offered for mixed martial arts.
